Soap fans will love love love our new CoffeyBuzz episode that is all about Mary Beth Evans, soap superstar best known for her role as Kayla Brady on Days of Our Lives. Mary Beth was also on General Hospital and As The World Turns, but it’s on DOOL where she met Charles Shaughnessy, our executive producer. And now the two of them are starring together again on the webseries The Bay. We were lucky enough to visit Mary Beth’s beautiful home in Pasadena, and tour her backyard, including her very abundant vegetable garden where she grows her “salad in a box.” Mary Beth is as warm and inviting as Kayla, and we had a wonderful conversation. This is a smart and creative woman who has started her own business from scratch – literally making pies in her kitchen! Her story will inspire you.
