Mary Beth to Help Kick off Cooking Classes

Mary Beth Evans is best known for her performance as Kayla Brady Johnson on NBC’s daytime drama Days of Our Lives.  An avid gardener, decorator, and baker, Mary Beth is also the founder and creator of Mary Beth’s Apple Pie Company, where she turned a family recipe into a growing business.  She sold over 3,000 pies in 7 minutes on QVC.  Her pies are now featured on Williams-Sonoma.com during the Thanksgiving – Christmas holidays.

Join Mary Beth Evans on Sunday, October 28th, as she helps kick off a new series of cooking classes at the Farm School on Los Rios Street with Autumn Pies and Tarts.  Rancho Viejo Montessori School in Rancho Santa Margarita conducts gardening and cooking classes at their Farm School in San Juan Capistrano.  Beginning October 28th, they will open these classes to the community.

Together with her sister Debbie, owner of Rancho Viejo Montessori School, Mary Beth will guide you through the intricate and easy (once you know the tricks) way to make homemade apple and pumpkin pies and an elegant Pear Tarte Tatin.
